The man who is accused of firebombing a Tesla dealership in Las Vegas has been arrested. His name is Paul Kim, 36, and he drove a Hyundai. Watch:

Authorities said Kim’s social media activity showed potential links to communist groups and Palestinian causes. He had “self-proclaimed ties” to Communist Party USA, Revolutionary Communist International, Hidden Palestine, Palestine Action, and other anti-American groups.
His DNA matched DNA samples collected at the scene of the attack, authorities said.

The electric-vehicle industry hit a pothole in April.

Sales of EVs in the U.S. fell by around 5% during the month, according to estimates from the research firm Motor Intelligence, while the broader car market grew by 10%. Monthly EV sales in the U.S. have only declined three times since 2021.
