I have a question. If it's illegal to post pics of someone against their will, then how are these video's (girls gone wild, Tommy Lee/Pamela Anderson, Tonya Harding) able to get published without permission?

Anyone know?

They went to court over it. The girls gone wild some had to sign releases, but the others, they went to court over it.

Interesting subject

I too have an ex, I'd love to post pics of her if I had them, she is a beautiful lady, but I would not post with out her consent. I think it comes down to a matter of respect. With out that what do you have......anger, resent,disparaging remarks,jealousy.....some words that come to mind. If you can not respect the person that you once were close to for who they are, then you can not respect yourself for who you are. Just my 2 cents worth.
