Got this e-mail from Fred's nurse.
Fred ask me to send email He is out of surgery. He is going to be in ICU for 3 day before his vision is checked.

update
I just got this e-mail from Fred's nurse.
Hello,Fred has been moved out of ICU. Because of problems during surgery, doctor though it best to leave dressing on until Tuesday. There was a great deal of scar tissue and bleeding so keeping pressure dressing on. Fred is not awake for most of the time, I can not tell you anymore without his OK.
Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers, he is such a wonderful one.

I got home this morning, everyone just left. I can see a little but I had bleeding in my eye. So my vision is not great, they would normally remove the fluid. But after all the work they did, they are going to wait for me to heal up more. Doctor told me its 50/50 if everything stays together. I can not bend over .. pickup anything. One eye is still cover and bleeding some. Its like looking thru a dirty glass. I have to have type set at 48point to see. I'm in bed with kitty next to me.
Please my friends, keep this wonderful Fred in our hearts and thoughts.
He is such a great LIT member and did so many wonderful indexes.
So hope that YOU ALL will send a speedy recovery, love here for him for when he comes back.

Lovely PK, Thank you! BTW got the word today eye surgery next month to replace fluid and remove stuff from my eye. Hope that it will clear up vision. Maybe I will be able to post more.
