Please help me find this story.

Years ago I read a story on Literotica and I remember it vaguely but have no idea what the title was.
Story is told from the perspective of an older brother (50s) visiting his younger sister (30s) and his niece (18). It talks of the main character having had a sexual relationship with his mother and as a result being the father as well as brother to the sister in this story.
Pretty sure the story starts out with him going down to visit them and that the sister doesn't know that he is her father, only her brother. I also have a vague memory of a scene involving the uncle and niece going out to a diner and running into one of her friends.

I started reading it years ago, over 6 years ago at least, but I never finished it and I really want to find it again. Any help would be really appreciated.

These are good details. I hope someone recalls this story.

But not a lot to search on and incest is a popular topic. I looked for the diner scene. There are only 52 stories with these terms, you could look them over: https://search.literotica.com/?query=uncle niece out diner dinner friend&categories=9&page=1

I doubt I found it because it sounds like it was longer with the diner not in part 1 and only a few of these are "Part 08" or whatever.

If this search did not find it, did long mean one post with many pages? Or many posts? I assume MC and niece get together? You mention that the MC travels to them, "Uncle Bob" doesn't seem like a match, but it has parts set in Miami.
