Please help! Stories pending for over a month?!

I hope this is the right place to post this, because I'm at my wits' end here. I have submitted three stories in the last couple of months, and all three are still 'pending'. Not accepted/rejected, just pending. Like they fell behind the water cooler and no one's bothered to review them.

I've tried contacting the powers that be many, many times to see what was going on, but with no response. I'd be more than happy with any kind of acknowledgement right now... I keep getting emails asking when I'll be posting more stories on Literotica. I WANT to, but I'm getting fed up to the point I don't know if I should bother anymore.

Is it just me? Is this a usual wait time and I'm just being a diva? Or is there anything I can do to move the process along?

You want to PM Laurel, not a random moderator, BTW. Just let her know it's been over a month since you submitted and politely ask if it's possible your pieces got lost, or have just been delayed due to sheer volume or contest submissions. Include the titles and categories of the stories so she can check on them, if need be.

Maybe? Moot point - I haven't been doing that.

No response to the PM, btw. But then the forums been under maintenence a fair bit, so that's understandable I suppose...
