Just one. I didn't want to have to get into the science of how more than one would work on an Earth-type, even though most fantasy books just don't care.

Actually, we based the Celestial bodies on the Milky Way ones we know of. There are 10, including Sun and Moon, and of course, since only one continent has been explored, the geocentric theory is still believed in abundance.

Don't think I'm unimaginative, though. We've got a really cool storyline for Hotaru set up now. ^_^

It's not common knowledge how many there are, though, or what their names are. I mean, who would care? I can tell ya'll though, if you like. Zarl and Lavastine, you might have your own names for them. At least Zarl. I suppose there aren't exactly large conglomerations of dark elves, considering the circumstances of their creation in the past.

Naw. They'd probably just be called "The Great Stars" or something. The Macrai-Itoche, (An remember, fae refer to them as 'Macite') wouldn't worry too much about naming them, as living in a dense jungle wouldn't give them too many opportunites to go looking at the stars.
