Logan fought against the net, but the more he fought the more it tightened around him. Suddenly he heard the defiant cry of a warrior, he couldn't turn to look, but heard someone approaching and heard the goblins turning away to turn their attention on the new attacker.
Soon the sounds and shaking of moving earth could be felt and heard. He heard the battle cries of the trolls and goblins turn to cries of agony.
It was only after the ropes of the net began to loosen around him, that he was able to shift to see the woman who had... wait..yes the woman who had helped him. He winced some as she cut the ropes that held him and nicked his deep brown coat. He could tell she was weak and he could hear others coming to aid their fallen mates.
As the ropes loosened he was able to shake himself free and regain his feet. He looked to he woman in her weakened state. He looked to the distance to see how far away the second group was. He knew he had to get her to safety and if he could get her to the others they would be safe.
He turned to her as he shook off the remnants of the ropes. "Lay still a moment I can heal you." His words were sharp and clear in her mind. He lowered his head and touched his horn to the skin that was bare on her arm. She could feel the cool touch of the ivory horn on her skin, but as he seemed to concentrate the horn grew warm against her skin and the feeling seemed to flow into her from him. The wounds she had faded as they healed.
He then lowered himself onto one front knee and looked to her. "Get on my back I will take you to the others and safety of sorts for this battle. They need my help and could use yours I am sure. I am Logan.. and very thankful for your help." He waited for her...
