Summer came in hard where Ryan lived. First it started with a huge jump in temperature that began to cause thunder and lightening but no rain and then when it finally rained it flooded everywhere. Ryan didn't mind he was crazy like that. No not like this is my time to go but more like my time to shine. He stepped out into the wild storm as lightening crashed and lit up the dark sky, he waded through the rising water out front of his house and began to go knock doors and check on neighbors.
After a few hours of helping emergency services and first responders finally arrive and begin to take action. Ryan retreats back into his house and begins planning how to bring the neighborhood together once all of this drains and dries out. Like lightening flashing a thought sparks in his mind "That is it a pool party. I'll arrange a nice pool party."
Days later everything is dry and Ryan is shocking and treating his pool when he notices a neighbor he didn't know. He thought she was gorgeous and he should go speak with her but she seemed upset, so Ryan opted to leave her be for now and make an introduction later.
