Thanks. Usually I use fresh, though I also pick wildflowers and weeds around the place. Flowers are so cheap here it makes me want to fill the house with all types and colours but then F would be in allergy hell so I just buy 1-2 bunches at a time. Sometimes you can buy a dozen roses for 2 Euro. I saw some beautiful flowers on Monday and nearly bought some but couldn't decide which I preferred so took note to remember where I saw them and go back another day when I am out shopping and not so indecisive.
