I just logged in and saw all these posts…

I’ve been a camera whore my whole life and then, blammo!, two days of spinal surgery and about 19” of stitches!

It was a lot to adjust to… hubs and I even had to find new positions!

It feels good to be feeling a little sexy again.

And I don’t love my scars yet, but I’m learning to accept that they’re mine, and that the body can do amazing things.

I hate my scars

They go from both ears to my throat, to the bottom of my ribs

But fuck them. I can't hide the cunts but I won't be ruled by them!

I own them. They don't own me...

Thank you. One of the reasons we had started talking about this. A reminder that even if we can look at a scar and see an imperfection. It should simply be that. A reminder that we survived something that tried to hurt us. I'd rather have the scar and be here to talk about it vs not having one and not being here to talk about it.
