luckily we havwe an er nurse lives across the street- saved a three hour wait to get them cleaned- just the bifg one below the elbow we need to watch for infection. But ouch, the bruises hurt today!

I only wear flip flops if I am on the beach at all.......they
don't have any support at all for walking on other
surfaces.......if you want good sandals w/ good support,
try Birkenstocks........that's what I have
