1) if Biden has less the 60 % polling and...
2) Trump has more then 40% polling at the time of the election, then
3) Trump will win because...
4) about 10 % will have the so called "shame factor", meaning they would never admit to a pollster that they would vote Trump, yet they will...

This is NO different then in 2016. Hillary then was also way up in the polls. History always repeats itself
