Predictions for 2019

If you want a potentially major war that's a bit blindsided, there's a good buildup for another major hotfire episode between West and East Russia, sorry, Ukraine and "separatist rebels." Remember, the whole thing started basically for denying NATO ships from docking at Sevastopol. US will have to boo down one or both sides and probably will look bad in any case (called indecisive by one side and root of all evil by other).

If Mueller finishes up in 2019, I predict his report will take down Trump and Pence. The information in Mueller’s report will be backed up by a number of taped conversations and other solid proof that Republicans and the public in general will have no choice but to accept.

The republicans will continue to look the other way until it is not possible for them to do so. Then it will be duck and run.

Mueller isn't about to write a report.

If he had what it takes to take out Trump, he'd be taking out Trump, it's what he's there to do and he knows it, so all that he can do is lurk in the shadows and try to cast more doubt (and thus confirmation of wrong-doing to the guilty until proven innocent crowd) and do as much ancillary damage to the administration as he possibly can, just by investigating and now doing his due diligence and following up on every House "investigation" and serious charge, just to make sure he has "all the loose ends tied up."

 Yeah. Like that.

Somewhere, sometime an American will shoot a few dozen school children. No-one will mind much.

Mueller now has Trump's written responses, and he will soon know who will initially be reviewing his report as AG. Things started heating up with associated court cases right before the holiday break. Trump, being a proven pathological liar, will once again be exposed as one with regard to his written responses.

Mueller, a Republican, is not as prejudiced and as ignorant of the historical implications as you ascribe to him. And, he knows there is a need to act as quickly as possible to avoid further damage by a pathological lying and historically ignorant president. Unlike the president, Mueller is not doing his job for entertainment "ratings" value.

Thus, my prediction is that Mueller will act early in 2019 on the main focus of his investigation. If Republican Senators are not successful in quickly reversing Trump on destroying our international alliances, there is a very good possibility there will be sufficient votes in the Senate to force a resignation. The future of the Republican Party depends upon getting rid of Trump, and that is why I think they will ultimately push him out.

George W Bush was a total clown, yet the Republican party survived.

Perhaps the more relevant question is how much damage Obama/Hillary did to the Democrats. they're in rough shape, so matter how you look at it.

Lampert's deal to buy Sears granted approval, as retailer is given a second life

Meanwhile, predictions:

*Sears & K-Mart will shutter all stores
*Amazon will suffer a crisis, then recover
*Someone in the NFL will have the offseason from hell
*There will be a mass shooting with over 15 fatalities
*A prominent politician will have a jaw-dropping slip-up
*The Avengers finale will break box-office records
*Heather Locklear will pass away :(

You lose again, Babe. For your reading pleasure...

Sears Holdings was granted a new lifeline on Thursday as its sale to Chairman Eddie Lampert, through an affiliate of his hedge fund ESL Investments, was approved by a federal bankruptcy court judge.

ESL has said the $5.2 billion deal to buy the company will save 425 stores and roughly 45,000 jobs. Judge Robert Drain, of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, said he expects to enter the order on Friday, thereby making it official.

Remember that cat named Flynn? The one the right said was crucified? He life in ruins?

What’s really significant here is that there are multiple reachouts to Flynn from, according to this memo, both the administration and people connected to Congress. There are multiple individuals. And some are outreaches to Flynn, some to his lawyers. So I suspect Congress is going to subpoena Flynn. He is going to have to testify and tell us — and name names, for the very first time. And it also means there, are at least — there are tapes.”
The former prosecutor then expanded on the importance of the tapes. ““Yeah, tapes is something the case has lacked,” he continued. “It’s always been words on a page. Remember the impact of ‘Access Hollywood’? Just the tactile — that impact of seeing someone, listening to someone. If we get a live tape, I think it’ll be a big deal.”

The question now becomes, will Democrats ever get to hear the tapes. In this particular case, the answer may be yes. A DC judge has ordered, “USDOJ to post public transcript of Michael Flynn voicemail that purports to capture Trump/ Congress efforts “that could have affected both his willingness to cooperate and the completeness of that cooperation.”

Flynn was the victim of prosecutorial malfeasance. Anything done to rectify that won't return him his good name or the financial distress he's been subjected to.

He was the victim of the corrupt cockroaches fighting back when confronted with a little sunshine...

Even worse...

Flynn might be vindicated for being a deep-state hit.

Tie what happened to Flynn into that as well. Flynn was head of DIA and was well aware of what was going on at the CIA and FBI. He had the pieces of the puzzle that Rogers didn't. Flynn made the mistake of publicly stating that he was gong to "shake things up" in the intelligence agencies. The entrenched guard couldn't allow that to happen. He had to be taken down.

Rogers operated in stealth mode. No one knew what he was up to until after he'd made his disclosures to the court and others.

I fully expect Flynn to reemerge during Barr's investigation's of what was going on in those various departments. A hint of that may be in the noticeable lack of discussion re. Flynn in the Mueller report. I attribute that to the fact that Mueller didn't want ANY of what Flynn had to say included in that report, redacted or not.

Obstruction? A president cannot be indicted merely for exercising his or her constitutional duties. Mueller knows that and that's exactly why Trump should tell Mueller to go "fuck off" re. any interview. And should Mueller subpoena Trump, Trump should essentially tell Mueller to "fuck off" again and let Mueller take it to the SCOTUS. Mueller has no evidence of any wrong doing, as a matter of fact his appointment as Special Counsel is extra-legal based on the law under which he was appointed to begin with. And that is the reason Mueller is getting hammered by the judges once he steps in the courtroom.

It appears that Rosenstein made the original fuck up and then later tried to cover every ones ass ex post facto, not unlike the bind that Mueller finds himself in re. Flynn. Ex post facto alteration of facts and/or charters just don't cut it in the courtroom.

The judge even suggested the motive was the Subornation of Perjury in trying to threaten Manifort in order to get him to implicate Trump. We already know this is whet happened in the case of Flynn. Note, Judge Sullivan again postponed Flynn's sentencing for the second time.

You do seem to have him.
