Beach.......I live at the bottom of the Mts. and travel around ,over, under them all the time....Great to watch the sunset but I see enough of them....I live to get away to something diffrent.
I too like to make love on the beach .....long and all night .....I know about the sand but It can be fun.............
My cabin that gramps left me. It is 'by the shining big sea waters". All I really want is a certain shy Scotty with wild hair and a wicked imagination...Oh and a wee bottle of whiskey along with a big fire.
I love to go down to Gatlinsburg, Tenn. and stay in a cabin up in the mountains. During the day, you can hike on the trails, find a secluded place next to a babbling brook, ... in the afternoon, visit the artist in the area, and when evening comes, watch the sun set from the hot tub on the deck and let nature takes its course.
I like the beach to, just find myself much more relaxed in the mountains.
I vote for the mountains...to hear the birds, the wind rustling the trees, the splash of cold clean mountain water running down the hills...suddenly drowned out by the screams of my lover as she cums....ahhhhhh....heaven!
If only...... my partner would love to dip her toes in warm water on a sandy beach in the sun. For that reason I would be so thrilled to take her but alas, it's not to be just yet.
In the meantine, I'd like to take her to the V&A museum in London, how romantic <g> but I know she wants to go and she'd be pleased I'm not too dense to remember. Dinner after, would be my pleasure.
My first thought was ...at this point "anywhere"...but then one reading this would think "yikes, she is desperate."
I am.
I have been away from my better half for way too long...we are dealing with a commuter marriage right now.
But for the sake of continuity of the thread...
The woods. Oh, not a choice? Well, it would be mine. I guess a wooded mountain would be ok. (now I get picky)
I love the solitude the woods offer...unless it's packed with scouts learning how to identify trees.
I love the woods for the earthy smells it offers...the dankness, the pine, the wood smoke wafting through the trees...unless we get stuck by the dumpster and some one has dropped off something foul and the wind shifts.
I love the woods because of the quiet it offers...everything seems so clear, senses are sharper, it's relaxing, tranquil...unless it's hunting season and the continuous sounds of the shotguns fill the air till you want to scream, or that same pack of scouts is learning how to make wild animal noises.
A lake in the mountains - best of both! I like sitting by the lake but prefer not to roast in the sun. My idea of a relaxing vacation is to sit under a tree near the lake and read all day.
What CL said! Definitely the desert. Such an expanse of space. Bright blue sky, and the utter quiet when you're far away from everyone else. That is where my peace is to be found.
