I got a similar DM from the same user. If I had to guess, they are just DMing as many people as they can in hopes of getting a response.

Why do you do it?

You can block them. I don’t mean, block the person after they do this, I mean, you can block PMs entirely so you don’t get these at all.

Being one, I am always horrified how my fellow men behave. It's not that hard to get someone's attention. Or maybe it is... Seriously, over aggressive strangers and refusing to respect boundaries is the reason why so many women are fed up with men.
