Nice to meet a fellow Bombay....although, I have a veritable zoo of animals at home...I love all animals actually!!

As for sneezing, do you think that means you should take your kitty in small doses???

Yes and No

I need to take my kitty in small doses to build up a resistance, but once I start stroking and petting them I can't help but cuddle and make them purr...so big doses seem to be the order of the day.

...avoid contact with cats, and your reaction will not occur. If, however, you decide to be around kittys, then do it in small doses, so that you build up a resistance to them.

Well, he obviously doesn't know me very well, because cat is where it's at!

And nothing is better than a purring kitty snuggled against me, with her soft fur tickling and making me....react.

Ahhhhh, but some kitties are hairless, thus less chance of a reaction!!
