For the ladies of lit that are bi that have boyfriends or husbands did your bi sexual desires or experience come before or after the relationship you are in now?

My spouse has some past bi experiences but very limited. We have talked about it and she has told me maybe in another lifetime.

Is there anything I can do to help her let go and experience what she obviously secretly desires?
I have told her I am totally fine with her having another person in her life. She probably would if her bestie wasn't married but it's almost like she is holding back not wanting to look elsewhere like feeling she would be cheating on her bestie.
