Blue Balls and teasing...
My college edumacation is soo worth it!
A biology professor ended up being asked about blue balls, and I mentally recorded the response for future use.
When a man comes, there are many things happening in sequence, not just one or two. It starts with arousal and blood flow, which actually, he said has little or nothing to do with the painful sensation. When a man comes, semen exits the testes via the vas deferens, and into the body, where it is joined with seminal fluid and sent shooting out the cock.

As far as preference on one porgasm or more - I say build up one big one...but not for so long he begins to wince....give hime 3-6 good close calls, then let him loose. Then, if he can stay hard, fuck him like there is no tomorrow.
