My answer would be that it varies from woman to woman. Some will be appreciative of it, some might not be so thrilled. I also think it depends on how well you know the woman posting. If you become a regular poster on her thread and get to know her somewhat, then chances are she would be more inclined to want to see that kind of picture from you. But just a "hey, you're hot and look at my cock" picture as a first post, probably won't get too many positive responses....But, that is just my take on it.
