It's being reported that Hunter has now admitted an affair that resulted in an out of wedlock pregnancy and birth and has agreed to a DNA paternity test. Got me to thinking. What happens if he is the father and then the female sues him for support and he is forced to submit an affidavit of financial means to the court and has to submit information that exposes both he and his father's financial secrets? Not automatically. And, the contents would be reviewed in camera and not released as part of the record until a decision is made.

If it's not material, it doesn't get released. If it is material, it'll only be released in a closed courtroom before the jury and then sealed again.

This will be done to "protect the child" from the media frenzy surrounding his "famous" parent.
