Wow! I've never seen that Quote before! Cap'n America is a badass.

It's from the Civil War story arc in Marvel comics a couple years ago when US government passed a law that would require every superhero to register and give up any secret identity and pretty much become tools of 'the man'. Cap lead the bunch of them trying to resist doing that as opposed to Ironman who lead the pro-registration side of the argument, SM.
