If she was killed, then the story should be in the "other" section of Extreme. (I think that's what they call it...?) There's a category, other than Non Consent and Non Human where they throw together all other extreme stories.

Sorry I think it was in non consent or Fantasy. but it might not been on this site I did use another site a lot a year ago so might be there I will have a look through all my paper copy’s to see if I still have it if I do I will PM it to you.

I am sorry to get your hopes up but I have looked through all the paper stories I have and it is not there but I did loose a lot of stuff during a fire at my old house.

The basic outline was this.

A professional woman on her way home gets grabbed off the street in a us city. She is taken to a crummy hotel or house, there she wakes up to fine herself being raped during this she remembers that she had got friends to arrange this for her to for fill a fantasy and paid for the service. She begins to relax while her attacker dose allsorts of deviated sexual acts on her and she enjoys it all thinking it is what she has paid for. When she thinks it’s all over she complements the man and says the knife was a good prop but before he leaves he says oh this is not a prop and thrusts it into her chest and leaves her to die

Wherever it was I did see it. I think it was on a site where a writer by the name of Candy Kane puts her work. On the bottom of one page in a pile of storys it has an advert for Nifty Archives? That’s the best I can do.
