Xan was indeed angry, T'kai seemed ready to run so he blocked the exit forcing a fight between the two. He moved up to her, and took a swing at her and the avoided it. She knew that she couldn't get hit. With that swing, Xan tripped her, forcing her to the ground, and as he was about to jab her, she rolled out of the way and got up. As she got up, Xan was already on top of her and jabbed her hard knocking her out cold. He began to drag her to a makeshift escape pod where he would jettison the pod and purhaps leave her out there or keep her in tow with a tractor beam.

T'kai was trapped inside an escape pod. There was no one near her, so she could not find out her precise location by reading minds. However, her ability helped her find out that the Destiny was about to to land in Solara right on the tail of the Commonwealth ship. T'kai found some satisfaction in knowing that the battleship was crawling with cloned troopers, chimeras, borgs and competent soldiers looking to retrieve what Mack had rightfully stolen from them. One chimera looked like any other chimera so she figured that upon landing she would be able to escape. Xan had allowed her to live because he held all life to be precious even if he often bragged about wanting to kill everything in sight. His compassion puzzled her.

*** Two months in the past ***

The Aviara RX was worse for the wear from the heavy use. The ship wasn't as durable as the dealer had claimed but it did its job beautifully. It would need a complete overhaul fairly soon with parts that had not even been invented yet. On average, Lubegans only live for 15 years and they only reproduce once in a lifetime. However a single Lubegan can give birth to 2-6 offspring, if he or she chooses to reproduce. The ranks of the original ten survivors swelled to 576 Lubegans and one Lumegan droid.

The Lilubega had given them a commandment to multiply and be fruitful in mind and body. Inside an utility storage areas in the Aviara RX, a small high-rise village compete with an agricultural center, industrial complex, schools and a temple dedicated to the All-Mighty Meaomao, the savior Lilubega and her Consort the Lix'nbega. The Lilubega was gigantic just like a Lilumega, but its skin was soft and sensitive like that of a Lubegan. She was everlasting, beautiful and all-knowing. Her hair was blue like the Mewlesa, the most beautiful moon of Lubega. The Lubegans assumed that they had been made in her image.

Lilu just wanted to get back to the Destiny. She wanted to see Kadan, Xan and all of her other friends and comrades. She wanted to share her wealth. She wanted to go home.

If Xan wasn't defective, T'kai wouldn't be floating in space, she'd be another corpse. The ship was making their descent following the commonwealth ship. He didn't know what they were up to or why Destiny followed. He might as well investigate what they are up to.

T'kai fell asleep for the descent and landing. Her exhaustion go the better of her while she wrote a new log. She knew it was a bad idea to sleep, but did it anyway. It was awakened by Xan shocking her with the pain stick. This once again rendered her unable to teleport. She curled into fetal position and whined, "Okay... okay... I'll talk. Just don't shock me with that fucking thing again." She already knew the gig was up, so there was no use running from fate. "Mack's map is in this forsaken planet. The Commonwealth and Jack's sister Sam wants the loot as much as I do. The will slaughter you if you face them. However, I know of a shortcut to the map. You can follow me... eh?" T'kai remained hopeful. She hoped that Xan wouldn't call for back up. She also hoped that the Kenetic Gawd hadn't sniffed her out yet. If she did, T'kai was done for.

"Lead the way!" Xan followed T'kai as she led them throught her shortcut. He ran scans around the area, and it seemed safe and the commonwealth people were way behind. Each time she slowed a bit, he poked her forcing her to keep going until they finnally arrived at the location. "This is the place." She said. "You get the map." Xan said poking her with the pain stick. If the loot was as she had say it was, he could be rich.

T'kai was irritated. She needed full control of her nervous system in order to teleport. Unfortunately anytime anything less than pathetic, Xan would zap her again with the pain stick, thereby messing with her body's electrical impulses. Still, she had to respect that son of a bitch. He abandoned his shipmates and joined forces with his enemy in order to get the cash for his own stash. The map was psychically blocked, but Mack had not been. She followed the path he took to find it. Suddenly, it was there. It was placed on a pedestal. She snagged it quickly and handed it to the cyborg. "HAPPY?" She yelled. Suddenly, there was a rumbling in the castle. Dust started to fill the map room. "Oh shit." T'kai sensed that something awful was about to happen. "RUUUUUUUUUUNAWWWWAY!!!" Xan's eyes grew wide as THEY entered the room.

Lilu landed her the Aviara next to the Destiny. The tips she got at the Tavern and her tracking system paid off. Lilu placed the Lumega droid and a few of Lubega's best soldiers in her hip pouch. She wore a light red cape, a loose silk shirt with long sleves, cotton leggings, walking boots that reached her knees, Her braided hair in silk scarves and a floppy hat topped by a feather. She needed no weapons. Everything she needed was within her grasp. She entered the Destiny and was horrified to find Kadan. "Hello? Is there anybody in here?"

As THEY entered the room, Xan and T'kai left the way they came in and Xan left a little surprise in the room. As they were making there way back to the ship, a loud BOOM could be heard. They continued to run until they made it back to the ship. At the entrance of there ship, T'kai goes "You have the map now, and we're back at your ship, HAPPY?" Xan just shocked her again knocking her out and dragged her into the ship.

Lilu turned around. She saw Xan dragging a writhing T'kai, as she stood over Kadan and Mack's corpse. Xan seemed surprised by seeing Lilu standing there wearing a rather modest outfit. Lilu's face lit up. She ran towards him with tears in her eyes. "Xan?"

"Lilu..."

"It's been 469 years since I last saw you." She held him in his arms as she pressed her lips against him. "I am so happy to have found you again."

"What?" Xan seemed bewildered by her statement. She had only been gone for a few days. He released T'kai as he held his lover.

T'kai slowly regained consciousness.

As surprised as he was, Xan held Lilu in his arms and hugged and kissed her.

"How can that be?"

"It is a long story" Lilu replied.

"I would like to hear it. But first," Xan picked up T'kai and broke open a panel in the wall, tied her up in some wirings and tore off some insulation which gave T'kai a constant mild shock.

"What are you doing?" Lilu asked.

"She killed Kadan! She doesn't deserve a quick death. And I can think of no greater irony than she'd be punished by you since her kind destroyed your world." Xan looked at Lilumega and held her in his arms press his lips against hers and then his forehead touching hers he stated, "I've missed you!"

She paces her room slowly, both hands held to her head as she massages her temples gently with her middle fingers. So much has happened in the past few days, that it seemed like a complete blur to her. She stops in her steps for a moment, head turning slightly to the right as she thought she had heard someone at her door but continues to pace as she hears nothing more. Her curls hang freely over her shoulders, cascading down her back as well and they sway in time with her steps.

What the hell is going on? Que en el carajo was that thing pretending to be me? Vin closes her eyes for a moment, but never halting in her steps as she recalls what had happened in Luke's chamber, walking in on him and T'Kai who had been pretending to be her or something along those lines. She stops, hands falling away from her temples and back to her sides and she looks up to the ceiling. Now Kadan was gone, killed off by the very same thing. This is getting to be too much. And now Lilumega was back and Vin knew that Xan would be happy again. Since she had left, Vin could see that sparkle that Xan's eyes once held had died or maybe just a circuit that had blown out, but she's sure it was because of Lilu's departure.

Vin sighed softly before taking a seat on the edge of her bed, hands between her thighs as she looked around. Everything seemed to be falling apart, the crew eventually going against each other for one reason or another. She shook her head slowly and laid back, arms spread wide to either side as she stared up at the ceiling. She could still feel T'Kai's hands on her and her lips, not to mention Luke's as well. Vin groaned softly and rolled onto her side with her back to the door, feeling her sex pulse in beat with her heart.

Lilu pushed Xan aside. She pulled T'kai from the panel. The chimera quivered violently and drooled. She even though she still looked beautiful, it might have well been dead. The electricity was mild but constant enough to damage her brain. "No one deserves this."

Xan stared at Lilu incredulously. "She killed Kadan."

Lilu gently set T'kai down and asked the little soldiers she carried to keep an eye on her. They stood guard. Lilu looked over her shoulder. "I know she killed Kadan and I am sorry I didn't get back in time to save her. I know about everything that happened on the Destiny before its destruction." She sighed. "The ship's crew was massacred by the Commonwealth when you threw a bomb at one of their battalions. Luke has left the Destiny and will join forces with his sister because of the schism with Kadan, The Destiny stands no chance against thousands of Cyborgs, Chimeras and footsoldiers. We have to leave now, before everything is over."

Xan seemed puzzled. "How do you know all this?"

"One moment." Lilu placed a call on her personal com and switched and overrode Kadan's sabotage. "This is Captain Lilukadan Mc'Quinn of the Aviara RX and Destiny II. I believe you used to know by my tradename of Lilumega when I was the cook this vessel. I decided to take a proper name, so I hope this does not cause any confusion. You may still call me Lilu for simplicity's sake. I hereby commandeer this ship and I order either Prometheus or Ryans to report to the deck immediately." She projected an air of authority and confidence Xan had never seen before. She smiled. "As for your question... I found out about all this when I saw a blockbuster film based on a rather lurid autobiography entitled, 'Ravaged In Space' by T'kai N!kei, the sole survivor of the battle of Solara." Lilu gave the drooling Chimera a pitiful book. "I guess that movie won't be made anymore, will it?"

Holding Ce'la close nothing mattered more. For the first time in a long time he was fully content. Ce'la seemed about to speak when "This is Captain Lilukadan Mc'Quinn of the Aviara RX and Destiny II. I believe you used to know by my tradename of Lilumega when I was the cook this vessel. I decided to take a proper name, so I hope this does not cause any confusion. You may still call me Lilu for simplicity's sake. I hereby commandeer this ship and I order either Prometheus or Ryans to report to the deck immediately." Twisting his head to look in the direction of the deck.

"What in the hell is going on?" Looking into Ce'las' face, "I guess I had better go see what is going on. I will head up to the deck if you want follow in a few moments maybe we can figure out what has been going on while we we busy."

Smiling once more, they squeezed each other tight. With that he regretfully released Ce'la and headed for the deck.

Opan entering he looked around the room shocked, "What in the hell is going on?"

As per usual, Prometheus was drunk out of his mind and completely useless. "Ryans, please find someone to get Jack (not Mack) and Kadan's bodies and put them into cryo stasis. You should find it behind storage. However, do not... I repeat... do not tamper with the cryo vessel labeled 'GAWD' that thing is powerful and it is to used only in an extreme emergency. Find someone to take care of T'kai's condition." Even after all those years Lilu's mechanical memory remembered the ship well. "If the Commonwealth fleet attacks and you can't escape, do whatever it takes to destroy them and be sure to have the escape pods ready. I also need you to get this ship out of Solara in one piece while I take the Aviara out of here. As, Captain Jack Black sole surviving heiress and your new Captain, I hereby name you Captain of the Destiny."

"But, I'm not..."

"No buts Ryans, its an order." Lilu was a pirate, but she preferred the term privateer. She was a little more interested in order than her father was. Ryans could not believe that this was cute little Lilumega. "Xan follow me." Xan couldn't either. She and Xan left for the Aviara.

"Well shit. Disappear for a couple of hours and every thing gpes crazy." Reaching over to hit the comm, "All right everyone, all hands to stations. It is time to run a little, so move your tails folks."

Turning to the command console he started plotting a course out of the system. Tapping the comm once for for a private incrypted line, "Hey Lilu, where do you want to meet back up so you can explain what in the bloody hell is going on?" As he wanted for her reply Ce'la enterd the command deck. He motioned for her to take her station, "I will explain when I figure out what is going on."

On the Aviara, Xan followed Lilu to the bridge. Xan has never seen any ship like this before he thought and Lilu was more confident and in control then before which he sees to this liking. "You've changed for the better Lilu! How?" He asked. It was like she had grown up so much which she was and he didn't know how. "I'll tell once we're out of here"

"I'll tell you once we are out of here." Lilu hastily stripped out of her clothing much to Xan's surprise. She stood on a lighted circle 2.0 metres in diameter located in the main bridge of the ship from the ceiling a snakelike machine attached itself to the recharge plug in on the base of her skull. The little soldiers left and brought bracelets and anklets to her. She kneeled down and put the items on. The little men left Lilu and Xan alone. A bright light shone from under Lilu. Xan noticed that there were was no navigation equipment on the ship.

As Lilu rose, so did the ship. The takeoff was quiet and incredibly fluid. Xan looked out the windows completely amazed. "Aviara keep pace with Destiny." The ship hovered in mid-air as it waited for the Destiny to catch up.

Xan wasn't sure what to make of what he was seeing. "What are you doing?"

"I'm giving the Aviara orders. I am connected to her nervous system right now. Her AI normally is pretty good about making decisions, but she's not a warrior by nature. She hasn't learned how to use the weapons I gave her. She's good at carry stuff and being the fastest ship in the Universe, but she hasn't learned much else, yet. So I'm lending her my nervous system and mind until we're safe." Xan seemed stunned. "You look a little lost. Let me back up Xanaduxannybaloola... Aviara is a living machine. Not in organic way of course. What ever I think and feel, she thinks and feels and vice versa."

Xan remained speechless. He touched Lilu's cheek.

Lilu giggled "She liked how that felt and so did I." Xan flushed as Lilu blushed. "We probably can use your expertise when the Commonwealth comes after us." Lilu concentrated her thoughts and activated a signal bell. Hundreds of Lubegans emerged from their hiding places. "You can either hook up here or try flying the warbird fighter. You will be an extension of the ship and I in either case." Xan noticed that the exterior of Lilu's body no longer contained any visible metal aside from her plug-in and claws.

He noticed her nipples hardening at the excitement of the upcoming fight. The paws and feet were actually covered in fluffy pale blue fur rather than metal or fake fur boots and gloves. Her tail was furry as well. Everything else was furless and glistening with something resembling sweat. Her skin was still made of silicone, but it actually looked alive rather than manufactured. Her slit was tight and tempting. "So tell me dear... what do you want to do?"

Looking up from the command console, "I was the middle son of the royal family. I wasn't likely to inherit the throne and with my younger brother, the royal line was secure. "I bounced around for a while as a mercenry for every force that would pay. It was between missions that I meet Jack and Kadan, I had just lost my arm and they took me in. I had been a member of the crew ever since, and now I am captain. This was a sorry way to become captain." Glancing at the console the Common Wealth was getting closer.
"Ce'la, use the coordinates to fallen in with the Aviara. If the Common Wealth get to close head for the closes planet and hold the ship over the magnetic pole of the planet. That should hide use till we get another chance to run." Working over her console, "Got it and we're off."

while Ce'la worked Ryans walked over to T'kai. He stood there trying to decide whether to cut her throat and send her out an air lock or to have her put into cryo to be dumped on some God forsaken planet.

Xan bit his lip. He was unsure as to what he wants to do. Lilu looks so tempting with her hardening nipples, furry tail, life like skin, and of course her tight slit. She was standing there naked and sweating. Keeping himself in control, "I'll hook up here. I'll have to adapt my cybernetic implants to for the ship."

Xan looked like he was high on drugs or something as he readjusted a neural interface at the back of his neck. A port appeared out of the back of his neck and another snakelike machine came from the ceiling and attached itself to the interface. "Wow!" He was stunned at what he was experiencing, he could hear and feel Lilu and the ship. He could feel Lilu's excitement of the possible battle ahead. Xan somehow has access to the ships weapons, the weapons responds to his thoughts. He checks out the sensor system and he could see what the ship sees and feel what it feels like how a person uses his sight and touch. "This is incredible!"

Xan could see the commonwealth ships approaching. "What are you going to do?"

"We wait..." Lilu could tell that Xan was not used to this. Fond memories of her past spilled over into Xan's consciousness. She clearly remembered how he traced her lips with his tongue in a kiss that she had not experienced for almost half a millennium. She tried very hard to concentrate, but she could still remember how his flesh felt against her then newly sensitized skin.

She wanted to set things right.

She had fought and killed enough people to fill a small planet and saved the lives of just as many. Strangely enough, she was too old to hate anymore, everything was business and nothing was personal. Lilu remember visiting T'kai when the Chimera was disabled, old and feeble, to thank her for creating the movie and the book that helped the mystery of the Destiny's disappearance. T'kai was very conciliatory and apologetic to the android. Lilu took care of her until the shapeshifter died of heart failure at age 237.

Xan saw all of Lilu's thoughts of her past, future and the rescue of the Lubegans. Lilu wondered if he would still love her.

Xan understood clearly now, Lilu is from the future. He has never wanted to understand time travel as it gets confusing. He could feel her memories, all that she has done and her reasons for doing so. Desipte all that she has done, no matter how much he may have disapproved, he couldn't love her any less. She was alone, and he probably would have done what she did. He would live a long time before his organic components would begin to fail, but she would still out live her.

Xan looked at Lilu, he still loves her and wants to be with her. He felt her as she touched herself, he then touched her cheek for himself slowly moving down her (to him) new body. It felt real to him, and he could feel how she feels.
