Ive tried Yoga a little, im not so bendy... I can still do the one sitting position I learned from karate when I was a kid though. Like indian style, with my feet together? Lean forward as much as I can... Not sure what thats called anymore.

I suspect that you make yoga look very sexy.

What is jazz ballet?

I promised answers. Jazz Ballet I’ll send to a link to Bob Fosee. Liza Minnelli. It’s like ballet but not turned out , more free, more rhythm. Mush easier to do.

\ We moved almost 2 years ago in the dead of winter both my daycare and my home, mountains of snow. I must have really twisted my knee without realizing it. I felt nothing but awoken The next day I awoke in incredible pain with a knee three times it’s size.

Im not sure what Pilates is, what it looks like, but I have heard of it.

All things I excel at because I’m bendy lol.
