Re-working a story for publication

I have an existing story I started writing over a decade ago, finished it last year. It features two endings.
Now, I'm revising and editing it to make it a publishable story. I'm about 1/3 of the way through it on this next pass.
Is this something that would have interest here?

It's called The Trip Home. It's about a young woman who believes she must destroy herself to be complete.

That's the best answer. Regardless of your stories theme, if it is well written it WILL find its audience.
