Basic premise is pretty simple... as a young child, MC loved having stories read to them at bed time. Likely by a parent, maybe a grandparent?
So what shenanigans ensue when shorly after their 18th birthday, the MC asks to have a bedtime story again?

Does the reader read them a Literotica tale? or is that too on the nose?

Another twist would be that it is simply that the MC is horny and wants their itch scratched. that in turn breaks a few ways. Are they a virgin? Or have they become a horny slut since their birhday bash orgy, and, alone for te first night since, know they won't sleep wtpout a good fucking first?

With the intended theme:

I like this idea and I'll admit that it lends itself to incst very well. For me it's a bitterswet aunt/nephew story. The beauty of it is that you can do either incest or just taboo, based on which side auntie is from.

Honestly, I’m just shocked I haven’t suggested a monster or succubus variant.

Thought of another taboo variant: Aging character up slightly.

Would work best as an audio but it would still work in written form. So marrying the premise and theme:

Thought of a fantasy spin:
