Real Media to MP3

I would like to download some of the erotic audio stories onto my MP3 player, but they are in the wrong format, any ideas how to do this please.

There are free and paid converters that will allow you to change them into mp3s. I have a program called IMToo, but I'm not sure if there's still a free version (mine might be the demo that allows for a certain number of conversions each time I start the software) or if it does RM>mp3 conversions.
