Jagare is Swedish, but Sweden is too far north for where Aine and the Mori lands were. Mori was more like Switzerland in terms of geographic location. What language to the Swiss speak? German? French?

Actually, Jedi, Switzerland is a very strange country. The country is broken into several smaller divisions, all with administrative independence from each other.

Switzerland presently has 3 official languages, according to the nearest border country - German, Italian and French - and a local language, almost like a subspecies of German, called Helvetian.

P.S. Actually I put my foot in my mouth: the fourth language is another latin-spawned language called Romansh, and is actuality a set of dialects. Very weird... Its supposedly at the brink of being extinct.

Well, the German for "Hunter" is Jager and the Italian is Cacciatore. Not even going to bother with the French translation.

I just remembered a thing I read in a book recently...

During the WW2, a Swedish soldier had a predicament during an operation that made him cross Norway with the help of the Sami and he at some point of the book mentions that their language only resembles, extremely vaguely, Lithuanian.

The Sami people are nomads of the northern most parts of Scandinavia, which is very far away fro Lithuania...

Hey guys... I don't believe i'm just now getting to this, but for the past week or so I've been battling a chest infection, the flu and god knows what else. I've spent the last couple of days hacking my lungs up and generally not getting out of bed. So... I haven't been posting. I thought I'd already let everyone know - but i couldn't find post by me here at all. So sorry!
