No worries, the candles were snuffed, the Egyptian cotton towels refolded, the vanilla oil cooled and rebottled ... my nails are still trimmed, and my palms are still smooth ... so, maybe another time!

Hope you're not hurting too bad - arnica cream is good for easing the bruising, and a hot parsley poultice will bring the swelling down. Healthy, non-toxic options, often used in my sporting past. Add my lips to the recipe, and you'll be stunning on both sides again.
