So I recently finished My little Fairy. I swear I did. I refined it, made it flow a little better, handled some minor typos, and then finished the 5th and final chapter.
I'm proud of myself honestly.
I sent it in to a publisher. Sadly, I recieved a rejection. But, what's encouraging is I was rejected based on genre. I was told my work was good, but they don't sell much "fantasy".
So instead of being, "omg I hate this I quit". I feel like I have a chance. I mean it wasn't a blatant "you suck, quit writing". So yeah, it makes me want to write more, and try to find a "genre" that does sell well
so it's like,, good news bad news. Good, someone liked me, bad, someone rejected it. Bah.
