Really, Dead Biscuit? That's the best you can do? Somehow I always thought you had more with than a Dead Biscuit, it doesn't even work. Besides, I make really crappy biscuits.

Biscuits and muffins are nothing alike, other than being leavened with baking powder, making them both quick breads. Muffins have batter. Biscuits have dough. Muffins require the absolute minimum of mixing while biscuits require a light kneading. Biscuits mate well with gravy, can you picture a muffin with gravy? Biscuits have soda while muffins don't. Muffins have sugar, biscuits don't. Muffins are cakish and biscuits are flaky. They are nothing alike. My muffins are delicious and my biscuits are crappy.

I should post the recipes for muffins and biscuits that way Spanky Crankcase knows the absolute difference between them. Naw, that's too much like work and I make crappy biscuits anyway.
