Reporting Lit Spammers

What's the best way to report lit spammers and get them banned from the site? I occasionally see spam posts here, but I recently got a private message from a shithead spammer who obviously registered for the purpose of promoting his internet endeavor.

What's the best way to report lit spammers and get them banned from the site? I occasionally see spam posts here, but I recently got a private message from a shithead spammer who obviously registered for the purpose of promoting his internet endeavor.

under each post there is a red circle with a ! inside it. Hit that button under the offending post and a box will open that you write in what the concern is. I usually just put 'spammer'.

I'm not sure what you'd do if they were sending offending PMs. I suppose you could do the same thing on one of their posts and comment on their PM to you. I'd probably copy and paste it into to comment.

They do act on it. I've noticed lately a number of posts with spam that have had the offending info removed.

Thanks for the info WW. I had noticed a few spammy posts today also.

If I get spam as a PM, I put that person on my blocked list.
