To answer more directly...I have NEVER set foot in a gym in my life.

I do stay active by cycling, canoeing, swimming, some light running, and a cheap set of free wieghts.
And I eat anything I want...in fact I just got back from McD's.
Just experiment with the lighting...you'll be amazed!!!
