<<Looking for one male. Please PM me>>

How many years had it been since Amy had been home? 5? 6?

No, it had been way more than 6 years. Amy had been away from home since the age of 19, and now, nearly 30, she was back for good.

Why had she run away in the first place was a mystery to everyone, even her parents. But Amy had her reasons...only she knew about them.

Now, she was back because she had found out her father had passed and no one bothered to tell her until 2 months later. OK, it wasn't that no one told her...perhaps she should've kept in touch with someone so that she could've known sooner rather than later.

But it was too late for any regrets. Yes, Amy refused to have any regreats. Life was too short.

Ryan and Amy had dated before Amy ran away from town, almost 15 years ago. He had dreams of marrying Amy and having a bunch of kids. But, she ran off for some reason. And, that made him bitter on the inside. On the outside he was one of the nicest guys in town. He swore that if he ever saw Amy again he would make her pay for breaking his heart.

He ended up owning his family's restaurant and he just happened to be the only person on duty and the only one in the restaurant when Amy walked in at just around closing time. He couldn't believe his eyes when he saw her. She was a bit older but he recognized her face instantly. He smiled at his good fortune... Tonight he would get his revenge and the woman he loved. He walked up to her as she walked up to the counter and sat down, "Amy? Is that really you?"

Amy had been driving all day and by the time she reach home, it was late, she was tired...not to mention starving!

There was only one place in town that was probably still open and that was the diner. That was fine with her. She was tired of the fast food eaten on the way. She needed something homecooked.

"Amy? Is that really you?"

With a tired smile, Amy stood back up and saw Ryan. How long she had dreamt about him.

"Ryan?!" She could've hugged him but decided that a handshake would do. "It's good to see you...how have you been?" She didn't want him to see the look in her eyes. The slight shame she pushed aside for running away and not telling him.

Ryan shook her hand. 'God... she is still gorgeous...' he thought to himself.

"I've been pretty good," he said, "Went to college. Came home. Took over the family business. Been working pretty much ever since. How about you? What have you been up to?"

Ryan continued to look at Amy, he thought about what he was going to do to her once he got her home. He smiled. Tonight was going to be the start of the new life for the both of them. He was going to make her pay for leaving him.
