I have a couple of ideas to the story:
1. "YOU" wake up to discover that much of what you experienced has all been a dream. You are then given the choice of either going to the chapel and getting the girl, or chickening out and returning to the beginning of the story. (I've seen this type of thread before on other stories and have found those threads enjoyable.)
2. It is 14 years into the future, just turned 18 years old Courtney is best friends with Jeremy, but is in love with him and he is with her. These threads could mirror the type of relationship "YOU" and "HER" would have had if you had hooked up earlier.
I just thought throwing them out there instead of keeping them in my head would get them written.

For #1, everything fades into black after having a mind blowing orgasm and you wake up and it is 5 years earlier. Then you remember something, it is the day of "HER" wedding. You rush to chapel and you come to a fork in the road: one way goes to the chapel and hopefully into "HER" arms or you could chicken out and go the other way and then having a link back to the beginning of the story.
For #2, there are other options other than the one I stated. They could be together and Courtney wants Jeremy to take her viginity on her birthday, or they are going out as friends and something happens to make them more.
That is about it.

The dream one would definitely help with a couple of the continuity problems I've noticed that's for sure. Hell with the dream one we could go even further back and have it be the day of that big football game in which they won the State Championships..have "You" declare his love for "Her" at the end of the game, or something...The dream one could go back to any time frame really, and my first addition will be probably back to High school (where I can intro a Four year old Kathryn)
And the Jeremy Courtney romance is for another story, though I'm laying the ground work here, a kid's crush basically and how a four year old tries to deal with weird feelings...I never had a clue that's for sure
That'll be in Erotic Couplings, and has to do with Jeremy and Courtney going to High school. She's a bit of a nerd, and He's on the football team, with Jeremy's Aunt Kathryn (she will be in all my stories, seriously if I can work Kathryn in she'll be in it.) being their font advice on how to proceed
Perhaps with Zingiber's permission use Sandy Wise and Peter Walker in that one. I'm really trying to make a true Chyoo Crossover type thing, and Kathryn will be the key, because she can fit into most stories.

Sure. Sandy and Peter are pretty much secondary characters. You've actually colored in more of Sandy than I did, in terms of personality characteristics. Interestingly, Peter is kind of blank other than being a "nice guy" who's defined more by his relationships to his swinging parents, his loyal (thanks to you, Whizzper) girlfriend Sandy, and in my threads, his sex play with Gary and/or his dad.

I'll be expanding on Peter a bit soon, I started with Sandy because Kathryn was still closed off with doing other guys then Bryan. So it was easier to get into Sandy, and Veevee, through Kathryn's perspective than for her to go all out for Peter since that would be a bit of a character break for her. One way I'm going to get into Peter's head is through what Sally wants to talk to him about...the clues are already there
