Things have been ok. Still looking for work, and heading into a temp agency or two today to see if I can get at least -some- income. The kids and I have been pretty sick off and on for the last month, but slowly getting better. So other than exhaustion and just plain busyness, things are pretty good, lol!

Not quite all the way better. Still have to get myself to the pulmonologist next week for a full work up on my lungs...had whooping cough last month and my asthma won't let up ever since.

the inn seems quiet today as I slip through the doors, the only sounds being the soft rustle of my coat as I remove it and the snap of the ever present fire. Grabbing a coffee, I slip into the kitchen, the grumbling of my tummy demanding some sustinance. Finding the makings of a sandwich I throw one together, clean up and wander back out to the fireplace, standing, staring into the flames as I munch
