RIP Valerie Perrine

Actress Valerie Perrine, a sex symbol of the 1970s, passed away March 23 of Parkinson’s disease. She is known for being the first woman to bare her breasts intentionally onscreen in a TV show. Also nominated for an Oscar in a Lenny Bruce biopic. I enjoyed her performances in the first two Christopher Reeve Superman films as Lex Luthor’s female minion Eve. Haven’t seen her in anything else. An inspiration nevertheless.

Rest in peace Valerie. You will always have the love of your fans.
