I'm driving along minding my own business and this truck goes by. Me, being nosy girl, looks over and the guy looks over at me. No biggie, right? Well, I go to pass the car in front of me, go by the truck again, and the guy WAVES at me. WTH? This goes on for a bit before he takes off.

So, it happens with ANOTHER car but this time, the guy keeps pulling even with me and looking over at me. I finally pretended to get on the phone and the guy backed off. It was freakin' weird.
