Hehe ... just what you needed added to your list of things to do.

It's very simple though ... spray the pan with some non-stick, use about 2/3 of the oatmeal mixture on the bottom, add the chocolate stuffs, then crumble the remaining oatmeal over the top. Press it a little so it doesn't fall apart too terribly.
