I worked with a woman who proclaimed to be a Christian, but she was one of the most evil, meanest people I've ever met. I'd get her with my blessing, "may God bless you accordingly," when she did/said something particularly vicious. I also shocked her by correcting her when she misquoted the Bible. She just happened to quote passages that I had memorized as a child!
