I don't function well on just 4 hours. There were times when I did, but after retiring and sleeping for 8 hours I realize how much better I feel. It's amazing.

Thanks for the tips, but I had got a flu shot this year.

The temp here has dropped to 53!

Yeah it snowed here this morning. I think we got another 2 inches and the wind is blowing so we have a small ground blizzard going on.
