Sasha's Dream Beach (By Invitation Only)

*watches the cellular communication device float away* I am thinking...that Luna needs to be on.

Quite right, I think she would be a perfect complement to our seafood meal. *goes to get wine and beer in a big metal tub with ice*

I meant to post as Abbie finding them both asleep on the couch. But that works too. Please tell me you have fish ready. I don't do shellfish.

*puts a few fresh sea bass on the fire for the picky dragon*

*sheepish grin* Sorry for being picky. I just...there's something about a type of creature where the majority of them can be eaten in one bite that I just can't do. Same with Sardines.

*making sure there is butter enough and napkins, tearing off and cracking a claw* Mmmmm, nothing is better, Dream, nothing.

*pouring a tall glass of wine*

Cheers!

*You just can't eat crab with melted butter around a campfire cleanly, and so with a grin glistening with butter on my chin and a sparkle of reflected firelight in my eyes, I clink my wine glass to Sasha's and to Dragon's and drink to the toast.

To borrow a phrase from Luna, QFT. I'd say this is a perfect way to christen your little slice of paradise.

By the way, I was reading your story with Katiesub a little bit ago. I was enjoying quite a bit.

*Breaking open another crab leg, dipping the pure white meat in the butter and savoring the sweet taste, eyes closing in bliss.*

Have you ever wondered about the first person who ever saw a crab skittering about and thought, 'I think I should eat that big bug lookin' thing! With melted butter and lemon juice, no less!' :D Because we all know how appetizing they look sidling across the sand.

I'm sure the butter and lemon juices were from some French restaurant somewhere, but cooked meat on a fire must be older than dirt.

I can understand vegetarians to a point, but... *eats a large piece of meat, getting butter on my chin* Meat is good.

It was probably the French entirely. After all, look what else they eat.

Good point. But I bet they were really hungry to consider it the very first time. Kinda makes me wonder what sort of things we think are gross now that people might think are delicacies sometime in the future.

*Suddenly snorting in laughter, thinking of the movie I watched a few nights ago, 'Oh Brother Where Art Thou'.*

"Gopher, Everett?"

I had a buffalo burger as a restaurant recently, since I know they are less fatty than beef. Quite tasty.

*letting dragon write as the sun fades, putting an arm around Thyri and gazing into the whirlwind of colors*

I could lose myself here completely.

*kissing Thyri's forehead*

*kissing Thyri's forehead*

*Letting my arm slide around Sasha's waist, leaning on her shoulder, whispering,*

You chose the perfect name for this place. It is a dream....

*Glancing to her face in the flickering firelight*

....so beautiful!

Meh, I'm thinking that for now, I should try to flesh out the idea for a future Thundercats thread.

*kissing Thyri's nose, then lips* Dreams can be shared with the right people. *meeting those fathomless Elf eyes*

We should do a story together some day. We really should.

I almost went back to that thread today, but I couldn't decide what to do next. I still like it though.

We could hold off a bit on the alarm, if you'd prefer.... Though I'd imagine the sexual frustration would make them both a bit more fierce later on.
