My favorite way to make salmon is to mix honey, melted butter and dijon mustard. Spread it over the salmon and cover with seasoned breadcrumbs, then bake. The rest of the honey mustard gets poured over top. Amazing.

I marinate mine in sesame ginger marinade and then broil it. I'll have to check this procedure out for a change.

As some of you probably remember, we have a 16YO son with Asperger syndrome. He doesn't drive and hang out; so far he is a homebody who is content to watch everything on Nickelodeon. Earlier, we had gone to the Seafood Festival in our town, and returned to our car by way of the beach, so we had a pretty good time.

When you're married with children, you can have a life, but it takes some advance planning.
