So how do you say "Please your Honour (or Magistrates in this case), the fact that I like pictures of stiff cocks does NOT make me an unreliable character witness" ?

This is so messed up it's funny...

My ex husband to be is in court on Friday for assaulting me. (No,that's not the funny part). He pleaded "Not Guilty" 'coz it's what he does best. So, I have to go & give evidence against him.

The assault took place in May. In July I received a picture text from a "friend" which was extremely graphic to say the least. Now comes the funny part...

At the time of receiving the text I was rather busy, had just got a new phone which i didn't know my way around. I just wanted to close the pic so kept hitting what I thought was the "back" button, not to mention my false nails & shiny new phone keys. Well...as my ex's name begins with an A he was 1st on my address book, I actually forwarded said pic twice to his phone.

The problem is, his solicitor is now going to use this against me to discredit me as a witness, on the grounds that I sent the pic to have an effect on the case (even though his solicitor knows what a twat he is due to his previous list of convictions). So, the pic is going to be shown in court & I'm either going to die of embarrasment, or laugh my tits off, & I'm not sure which is worse. I offered the CPS solicitor character references for me from professionals who have known me longer than my ex - Not Interested...which brings me onto my next question, "Who the fuck made up the British Legal Sytem?"

The really annoying part is there is no way I would have deliberately sent that to my arsehole of an ex, & you can bet not one of them in that court hasn't ever looked at porn. The only person who showed me any sympathy was the cop who re-interviewed me & told me that he would quite understand if I sent it with text attached saying "This is what you are." Or more likely, he was just trying to get me to confess to sending it on purpose?

When this is all over I may dedicate a story on here about them all fucking each others arses, if they aren't already! Any Doms/Dommes out there want to whip the shit out of them while they're at it?

You could also say you were showing him what was lacking in the relationship, and if his soliciter questions you further about it, ask your soliciter to request your hubby shows his privates to the court, who is going to end up more embarassed him or you.

That's pretty much how it works in the States as well. The defense will use any and all means to discredit all prosecution witnesses. Hopefully you have other witnesses or evidence?

Unfortunately it's my word against his. I am not allowed a solicitor as it is the CPS (Crown Prosecution Service) that are prosecuting him, although they have had no contact whatsoever with me in regard to the case.

But, like the police & witness support have stated, the fact that I unwittingly forwarded said picture 2 months after the incident does not mean that the incident did not take place! Lets hope the Magistrates see it that way too. This is a man with a string of drunk & disorderly, assault, & criminal damage convictions, whilst I have a completely clean record. That was the reason the CPS decided they had enough evidence to charge him.

I intend to tell the truth, that's the point, if I wanted to lie I could've just said "I sold that phone" as it's a pre-pay sim & I had another phone in the house with another sim card in which I could've produced & said "This is my phone & number." He was obviously soooo upset by the pic that he sent me a birthday card with "Lots of love, A" whilst on bail conditions NOT to contact me, I think that is more a case of him trying to influence my actions. Mind you, first time in 5yrs I had a card off him on my actual birthday.

But back to the story...It's going to have to be a quick rape, he's a "flash in a pan" kinda guy. Maybe it would take his mind off it & extend his staying power if he was taking it up the arse off a court official, he'd hate that as he's really homophobic.
