Scavanger Hunt!

Got some Riddles for anyone that wants to try them:

What is in seasons, seconds, centuries and minutes but not in decades, years or days?

Looking at a picture a man says "Brothers and sisters I have none but that man's father is my father's son." Whose picture is it?

What kind of coat can be put on only when wet?

What occurs once in a minute, twice in a moment, but never in a thousand years?

A barrel of water weighs 20 pounds. What must you add to it to make it weigh 12 pounds?

Ok I have one, what gets wetter and wetter as it dries?

a towel or a spunge.

A man lives on the 12th floor of a building and each morning he takes the elevator down to the 1st floor to work. When getting home he takes the elevator up to the 7th floor and walks the stairs the rest of the way. but on days it rains he takes the elevator to the 12th floor

why is this?

why is this?

Because the man is short and cannot reach the 12 key on the elevator keypad to get back in the afternoon on his way home.

Right? On the days it rains he has an umbrella to help him reach the 12 button.

If a man is in the forest all alone and no women are near him, is he still wrong? :D

What goes in dry, comes out wet, and gives warm satisfaction?

What is six inches long, two inches wide, has a head on it, and women are crazy for it?

Don't forget the pictures. ;)
