I have a hard time getting into the school girl thing mostly bcasue i was in catholic school for 15 years and even thought i have had sex in my outfit, it was only for shits and giggles, i never found it erotic.

onto what an actual school girl wears...

-Bra
-underwear
-boxers
-tanktop or lightweight teeshirt
-button up oxford, unfolded and unbottoned at the sleeves, only partially buttoned in front showing through to the t-shirt or tanktop underneath, tails partially hanging out of skirt.
-Kilt, wool, most commonly gray or green/blue tartan, the 3 button kind, sometimes with the big pin, and ironed properly (you need to press them at least once a year or else they hang funny)
-kneehigh socks. more often then not you will find older female students opting for stocking socks like kneehigh trouser socks. I haven't seen anyone wearing anklets in a long time.
-choice of sweater, Vest sweater, long sleeved sweater, cardigan sweater, and soemtime nice schools will have monogramed fleece sip up sweaters in long sleeved and vest styles.
-The collar on your shirt must be unbottoned and hanging out of any non-fleece sweater you wear.
-extra points if your skirt is rolled enough that your boxers hang out in the back, looses points if it's rolled so high they hang out in front, and only the arts kids wear a bright colored t-shirt that visibly hangs out under their shirt/sweater and over their skirt.
-shoes must be conservative. No open toe or open heal. No sneakers, brown black or blue is acceptable.
-high pigtails are only worn by tramps and drama kids. Never wear them. You will be laughed at. The messy bun is mot common. To achieve a messy bun, you pull your hair back as if you were going to make a ponytail. Place the elastic over once, strech the elastic and twist to go back over the ponytail again, but before pulling the entire ponytail through completely twist the elastic again and place it back over the hair. On cold days pajama bottoms are often seen worn under the skirt and taken off before homeroom unless otherwise allowed through the day (uncommonly cold days will have allowances made)

Update the schoolmarm if you update the girl. Only Japanese punk rock girls wear high necks and cameo brooches. Make her an overzealous prof in a pencil skirt and some business casual pumps or some khakis and a button down fitted blouse - you can get the shape by corseting.
