I was just skimming through some random threads, and I came along yours and thought "why not", so here goes...

Age: 136 (has the lifespan of a tree)

Hair: Long and black
Eyes: blue/green
Complexion: Very light-skinned
Build: thin, but muscular
Powers: Can control flora (plants)... think Storm, but instead of weather. For instance, he could make vines spring from the ground and suffocate or slash up an enemy. I think it'd be cool
Human Strengths: Extremely agile and dextrous. Melee weapon is a bowstaff; also uses throwing knives and a martial art similar to Tai Chi Quan.

I'll start it after my class at noon (about an hour an a half from the time of this posting)

good to see so many people interested. I'll try to keep this thread for out of character and additional info.

my character will be

Violet AKA Violent Violet

If you've written with me you know the character but here it is for those who don't (and I've altered her to be on the evil side of neutral)

doesn't know her age or her past appears around 30. Her mutant power is genetic mutation which is linked to her emotional state. When she was in a psych ward for the insane (or government's way of trying to 'handle' mutants) she pretty much killed off the staff with some nasty genetic abnormalities. When the government fell she escaped and has been honing her skill for about 5 years, yet hasn't really aged in that time.

Her first lover was a pyrotechnic and he combusted when they had sex. So she's wary of her power when she is extremely emotional and tends to use her lovers.
