Well, I don't post often enough, but I figure someone has to wonder what happened to me... it's been ages since I posted anything new, but that's been because of trouble lately with the property beneath my house being sold off to a developer. Fortunately I've found a new place to live, but it will be a couple of weeks before I can move....

I've been wondering about Colleen Thomas myself though... from some sig-lines I've read, people have been saying "RIP" and such. Is she dead???

Gods and mercies... I only ever read one or two of her works, and never had the oppertunity to interact with her on the boards or elsewhere, but I have to say she was one hell of a writer!

In hindsight, I wish I had gotten to know her better... she sounds like a good person and an even better friend.

Hello Stephen. It's good to see an old friend from GFW here. Sorry you had to return to such sad news. I started coming onto the boards shortly after it happened myself. I have seen so much emotion here over the event, and judging from her posts and stories, Ms. Thomas was worthy of it all. {bagpipes play}

I doubt I'll be remembered. I tend to be rather quiet. Never entered into the debates that rage around here. Barely involve myself in anything.

I know; I've been gone, gee, likely 12 months or more. Life. *sigh* It has a way of strangling you. Of cause. It's still strangling me, I've only managed to pull a few fingers off.

Debating at present. In re-reading something I wrote, and posted a while ago. My first submission I think actually. Maybe finally doing that 4th chapter to, A Mist of Whispers. If I can ever recapture the feel for it.

As for, well, what kept me away? I know a few here may recall I suffer from a few things. If not. Mayhaps that's best. I'll just do my best to not 'vanish' again, and will try and not let life, regain it's chilling grip.

Not great.

12 months of therapy. More yet to come. A very sick Fiance. Who goes from minor day proceedures, to doctors, to blood tests, to hospital and x-rays, and medication enough to make him rattle.
