Second chapter of my first story is up. How to edit a published story?

Merry Christmas, Happy holidays!

So, my second story chapter published on Christmas day. The numbers weren't great s far, but I'm not too worries about that.

One comment mentioned typos and mistakes, which I'm disappointed I didn't catch.

Still, I'd be interested in hearing the thoughts on it from authors and other posters here.

I thought that there was a way to edit a published story, but can't find it. Any suggestions?

Oh, and I thought about publishing this question in "How To" but it seems that forum is people looking for real life advice, at least currently.

Conventional wisdom says it's not really worthwhile, however. It can take up to a month for the edits to be processed, by which time the only people reading it are most likely the readers who like your stories and style anyway.
