It is, but as in the real world, some lack common courtesy. My experience here has been that such writers are few in number. As a result, they're easy to ignore; there are plenty of good writers here who are genuinely cool people, too.

I think it depends on how you're approached.
For example, if I have taken the time (and I have taken the time under a different name so I know what I'm speaking of) to write a detailed description of what I am looking for and I get back a misspelled, ill-mannered, lacking in any sort of depth reply I am not going to reply. If that makes me rude or lacking in common courtesy, so be it. My idea was important enough to me to post, and if it's not important enough to you to respond to properly then don't expect an answer.
Maybe you do write articulate, thoughtful answers, cuck. In that case, then I do think there is some common courtesy lacking.

Hi, I'd like for some female roleplayers to join my caught thread, it's basically about a guy sat at his parents house, while they have gone away for the week. He also has a slightly older step sister, she is supposed to be staying at a friends house with a few of her other mates, but she gets a call, saying that they will have to go somewhere else due to the friends mother being ill, so the step sister invites them them back to her parents, where after a while she finds me naked looking at porn online, she decides to get her friends up and humiliate and play with me.

There once was a story of a prince from a small far away kingdom who wanted to find his perfect girl. A girl who’s beauty was beyond compare, who was sweet, quiet, and elegant. But none of the girls who came to call were suitable. So in frustration he went to the evil witch to make a deal with her. He’d give her anything in return she’d create his perfect princess.
As story goes the old woman agreed for a price unknown. And she’d asked the prince to leave and return in 2 days time. She took the most beautiful swan from the Crystal Lake and cast a spell on her turning her into something human. And when the prince returned he’d found something to him was grotesque. While she appeared human she’d a trail of silver feathers going down her spine, and her ears were large feathered silver and ice blue wings. Her hair was long and blue with silver bangs. And feathers gently caressed her large breast.
The Prince ran away leaving the witch’s palace. The woman not caring for what she’d seen as an abomination put her in a cave and forgot about her…
But years later someone finds her and she’s free.
She’s a quiet girl, though a little odd. She’s unsure how to interact with others so she sometimes seems rude or strange.

This a sixteenth century love story about a marriage of alliance that gave birth to true love between a great emperor, (insert you character's name), and princess, Amrita.
Political success knew no bounds for the king. After having securing his own kingdom, he furthered his realm by conquest until his empire extended through many lands. Through a shrewd blend of diplomacy, intimidation and brute force, he won the allegiance of the Amers. But little did he know that when he married Amrita, a fiery Amerian princess, in order to further strengthen his relations with the Amers, he would in turn be embarking upon a new journey – the journey of true love.
The daughter of King Bharmal of Amer, Amrita resented being reduced to a mere political pawn in this marriage of alliance, and the young king's biggest challenge now did not merely lie in winning battles, but in winning the love of Amrita – a love hidden deep below resentment and extreme prejudice.
Looking for someone to play Michael. Same rules as above, must be a relatively good writer.
Juliet is a struggling actress in LA, landing only small roles. Michael is owner of the top architectural company in America. His company wishes to build a office on the lot Juliet's home is located, which she refuses when phoned. Michael sends a few of his employees to convince her to her studio where the story starts. People assume he is head over heels in love but Juliet refuses to return his feelings. Everyone is awed by the fact that Juliet had managed to catch the eye of such an influential man and begin to treat her as a princess, giving her better parts, etc. Juliet loves the attention and decides not to set the story straight. The story eventually leaks to a tabloid writer which is where

He has finished his education in England and returned to take over the family business after his father's death. The owner of Juliet's modeling/advertising firm misinterprets this as a romantic advance, and (in view of a possible lucrative ad campaigns and other benefits) encourages Juliet to accept the overture. He promotes her to become the lead model. Juliet is generally sweet and kind. She decides this is an innocent prank (that may fetch her better modeling work) and begins to play out the charade as Michael's girlfriend.
This story eventually leaks to the tabloids, and furious, Michael goes to meet Juliet to set the story straight. When he does meet her he is overthrown by her talkative personality and tells her that he is Chris, a simple fellow from a small town, looking to make a new life in the big city. Juliet lands him some small modeling gigs. She is eventually enamored by his charms and Michael is swept by her kindness and grace.

Hello all,
I’m new to the lit forums but I am not new to writing or role-playing. I stumbled onto this forum in hopes of finding other like-minded writers. I think of myself as a decent writer, able to produce several paragraphs worth of material when properly motivated. I’m seeking someone who can easily keep up with such.
I enjoy most types of settings, be it from sci-fi, fantasy (mostly high fantasy), or even modern; though I find the later slightly boring unless the idea is catching.
As for situations, I’m into idea/story before leaping into mindless sex. I’d rather get the story going, get the characters engaged before something like that starts.
Leading onto sexual situations, I’m pretty much into anything (again, as long as the story/idea is worth the attention)!
If I have interested you please send me a PM and we can discuss any ideas further. I have a few rambling around in my head we might be able to smooth out into some feasible idea.

Orihime was taken to Hueco Mundo when she was 16 but they weren't able to save her. and she remained trapped in another dimension with Ulquiorra.
Uryuu was in love with her so he took it hard when they couldn't get her back, and tried everything he could to get her back to them. Years later; now 24 she mysteriously returns. But she was found unconscious so only time will tell if she's olright...
That's around when it'd start, and the idea I had. If anyone's interested PM me. maybe we could work out details.

So, I'm definitely not new to Literotica, but at the same time I've been gone that its like I'm looking at a whole new place again, haha. I'm looking for pretty much anything I can get my hands on, threads or writing partners perhaps? I'm a lengthy writer, and decent in my own opinion. I like proper grammar and spelling, so please keep that in consideration. I play both dominant and submissive characters at an even scale... I can play dominant women, just regular spirited gals, or dommes, hell I can play men as well. And gender, any preference, hmm, there really isn't much I can't put into character.

Okay it is about that time of the year with the scary part of the year out of the way, so now we are heading towards the next best holiday .
I will be posting a christmas thread within the next week.. there will be parts to be played , though these parts will be me posting what I need , you will create that persons character, and so fourth, I just want it to stay on task , perffer no lets jump right in and get nasty.. lol.
So on that note here are the parts and story base line
Up north where some only dream of sits a cozy little town where cute and adorable little people make others happy every year.
This speacial time of the year also known as christmas is not only speacial to them but to others that live all over the world.
(This is just a general idea )
